Facilitation:  Designing and leading meetings that enable collaboration, reflection, dialogue and consensus-building. Each session is custom-designed to meet your specific needs, selecting from a toolbox of tested processes including Liberating Structures, Appreciative Inquiry, World Café, Open Space, Art of Hosting, visualization, dialogue circles, story-sharing and more. Skilled in both face to face and virtual formats.

Certified facilitator of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and materials.

Engagement: Designing and leading processes that help your group share their informed perspectives on meaningful questions. By integrating visual tools into engagement processes, people can see the preferred future they are being asked to co-create.

Strategic planning: Facilitating processes to help your group visualize where they want to go and identify how they plan to get there. Integrating visual tools, story-sharing and other creative approaches to help groups identify their strengths. With the current context and future opportunities in mind, we imagine a preferred future and identify the key strategies, objectives and actions it will take to get there.

Planning is also combined with broad public and stakeholder engagement processes.

Training: Using tools of adult education, designing and leading participatory workshops that build individual skills, knowledge and attitudes and support organizational and systems change. My training areas of expertise include cultural competence, diversity and inclusion, unconscious bias, and gender training. I can also design and deliver workshops in custom areas and create curriculum materials and learning tools.

Evaluation:  Trained in results-based management, I design logic models and frameworks and use these to complete program and project evaluations.

Graphic recording:  Through See Meaning with my long-time colleague Corrie Melanson, recording words and images shared at your conference, workshop or meeting in real time on large chart paper. We leave you the original chart and give you an electronic copy for sharing or printing. This helps people think creatively, see connections and feel their insights have been valued.

Strategic projects:  Solving challenges, moving opportunities forward and helping groups with collaborative projects through research, engagement, and planning.
